Terms of Service

Public Offer Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service carefully.
This document is a public offer: by registering, paying for, or using FitMeToJob services you accept it in full. If you do not agree with the Terms proposed by the Service Provider, you have the right to refuse to accept them and to stop using the services.
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Additional information is available via our support channels.

PREAMBLE

Before using FitMeToJob services - including the CV tailoring (resume adaptation) web application, the Auto Apply job application automation service, and the Telegram bot - please read these Terms of Service carefully, particularly the sections governing Auto Apply, AI-generated content, and your responsibility for the accuracy of information submitted to employers.

These Terms are available on our website and in the Telegram bot menu, providing a real opportunity to familiarize yourself with their text.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1.

FitMeToJob (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" or "Service Provider"), on one side, offers any legally capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or "User"), on the other side, to join this Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") under the terms defined herein and in accordance with the selected service package. When referred to jointly, the Contractor and the Customer are referred to as the "Parties."

1.2.

This Agreement is public. Its terms are the same for all Customers and do not provide preferential treatment to any one Customer.

1.3.

The Customer confirms their agreement to all provisions of this Agreement by accepting it through payment for services or registration/authorization on the platform.

1.4.

Disagreement with any of the terms of this Agreement makes it impossible for the Service Provider to provide services.

2. TERMINOLOGY

2.1. CV Tailoring Service ("Tailor Resume")

An AI-powered web application accessible at fit-me-to-job.com that allows users to upload their curriculum vitae (CV/resume), adapt it to specific job postings (provided as a pasted description or a job posting URL), generate cover letters, view match scores, manage multiple CV versions, and download optimized resumes using professional templates. Access to features is provided through a credit-based system (see 2.6).

2.2. Auto Apply Service

An automation service that, at the Customer's request and on the Customer's behalf, opens job application pages provided by the Customer in an automated web browser and uses artificial intelligence to complete and submit job application forms using the Customer's CV data, contact details, and answers. Auto Apply is subject to the special terms in Section 4.

2.3. Live Browser View ("Takeover")

An interactive mode in which the Customer can see and control the automated browser session in real time (for example, to solve a CAPTCHA, sign in to a third-party website, or confirm a step). During a Live Browser View session the Customer interacts directly with the third-party website.

2.4. Saved Logins and Sessions

Optional features that allow the Service to remember the Customer's sign-in state on third-party websites (encrypted browser session data) and, only if the Customer explicitly chooses so, the Customer's login credentials for a specific website, so that future runs can proceed without repeated manual sign-in. See Section 4.4 and the Privacy Policy.

2.5. Telegram Bot

A set of software, informational, and media data, logically interconnected and accessible via Telegram messenger. The bot provides automated job search, monitoring, and notification services. Access to its functionality is provided via a paid subscription.

2.6. Credits

Internal currency used to access various features of the service. Different actions consume different amounts of credits (CV tailoring, CV creation, tailoring from a job URL, Auto Apply applications, cover letter generation, etc.). The current credit cost of each action is displayed in the application before the action is started.

Web App Credits: Purchased credits that can be spent on CV tailoring, CV creation, and Auto Apply. These credits have no expiration date and remain in the user's account until used.

Telegram Bot Credits: Daily renewable credits provided as part of a monthly subscription. Users receive a specific amount of credits that renew each day during the one-month subscription period. Unused daily credits do not roll over to the next day.

2.7. Telegram Bot Subscription

A monthly subscription plan for the Telegram bot that provides access to automated job search and monitoring features. Subscriptions include a daily allocation of credits that renew each day for the duration of the subscription period (one month). This is a one-time payment for one month of access. There are NO automatic recurring charges. After the subscription period ends, users must manually purchase a new subscription if they wish to continue using the service.

2.8. Successful Payment

The fact of the credited amount equal to the cost of the selected service package to the Service Provider's account via a payment processor.

2.9. Tariff

The pricing structure for services offered by FitMeToJob, including:

  • Web App (CV Tailoring and Auto Apply): One-time purchase of credits with no expiration date
  • Telegram Bot: Monthly subscription plans with daily renewable credits

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1.

Under this Agreement, the Service Provider provides informational and automation services ("Services") to the Customer, who agrees to pay for such Services under the conditions of this Agreement.

3.2.

The subject of the Agreement is the provision by the Service Provider of access to:

  • CV tailoring web application with AI-powered optimization, cover letter generation, and match scoring (credit-based, no expiration)
  • Auto Apply - AI-assisted automated submission of job applications on the Customer's behalf (credit-based)
  • Telegram bot for automated job search and monitoring (subscription-based with daily renewable credits)
  • Related features and services as described on the platform

3.3. Services Description

CV Tailoring Services: AI-powered platform that analyzes job postings and adapts user CVs to match specific job requirements. Features include multiple professional templates, automatic cover letter generation, match scoring, CV history management, and optimization according to the Customer's adaptation preferences. Job postings can be provided as pasted text or as a URL; in URL mode the posting page is retrieved by an automated browser (which may use the Customer's Saved Logins and Sessions and may require a Live Browser View step) and therefore consumes more credits. Users purchase credits that have no expiration date and remain available until used.

Auto Apply Services: AI-assisted automation that completes and submits job application forms on websites specified by the Customer, using the Customer's selected CV (or a CV tailored per job), contact details, generated cover letters, and answers. Auto Apply is provided under the special terms of Section 4.

Telegram Bot Services: AI-based job monitoring bot that helps Customers search for job vacancies. The bot provides real-time notifications, automated job matching based on user preferences, and integration with CV tailoring services. Access is granted through a one-time payment for a one-month subscription period. Each day during the subscription period, users receive a fresh allocation of credits. Unused credits do not carry over to the next day. After the one-month period ends, access expires automatically and users must purchase a new subscription if they wish to continue. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.

3.4.

Information about service packages, features, and pricing is provided on the website and within the Telegram bot. Users can review the services included in each package and purchase them via available payment methods.

3.5.

The Service Provider has the right to change the volume, features, or price of services within a package without prior notice. Changes do not affect already purchased credits (web app) or active subscriptions (Telegram bot).

4. AUTO APPLY - AUTHORIZATION AND SPECIAL TERMS

4.1. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By starting an Auto Apply run, the Customer expressly instructs and authorizes the Service Provider to access the job application pages the Customer has provided, and to complete and submit job application forms on the Customer's behalf using the Customer's CV data, contact details, cover letters, and answers. The Customer confirms that they are the person whose data is being submitted (or are duly authorized by that person) and that they are authorized to submit each application they request.

4.2. Autonomous Mode and AI-Generated Answers

When the "fully autonomous" option is enabled, the AI agent may answer standard screening questions on the Customer's behalf using reasonable defaults derived from the Customer's CV and settings (for example: years of experience, expected salary, notice period, willingness to relocate, work authorization). Where a website requires creating an account to apply, the agent may register an account using the Customer's email address and the Customer's autofill password (viewable and editable in the Customer's settings). The Customer is responsible for reviewing their settings and the results of each application, and should disable autonomous mode if they wish to answer such questions personally. If required information is missing and autonomous mode is off, the run pauses and asks the Customer for input.

4.3. Third-Party Websites

Auto Apply operates on third-party websites (employer career pages and, in limited cases, job platforms). These websites belong to their respective owners and have their own terms of service, which the Customer is responsible for complying with. Auto Apply does not create accounts on, or automatically sign in to, major job board platforms; where such a platform requires a login, the Customer signs in personally via the Live Browser View, or the job is stopped. The Service Provider does not guarantee that any particular website will accept automated applications and is not responsible for actions taken by third-party websites (including restricting or blocking the Customer's account on those websites). Some websites use CAPTCHAs or other checks; these are never solved automatically - the Customer is asked to complete them via the Live Browser View.

Assumption of risk: the Customer acknowledges that some websites prohibit or restrict automated activity in their own terms of service, and that using Auto Apply on such websites may result in the website rejecting applications or flagging, restricting, or suspending the Customer's account on that website. By starting an Auto Apply run, the Customer knowingly accepts this risk. The Service Provider is not liable for any such measures taken by third-party websites, and such measures do not entitle the Customer to a refund except as provided in Sections 4.6 and 11.

4.4. Saved Logins and Sessions

When the Customer signs in to a third-party website during a run (including via Live Browser View), the resulting browser session state (cookies and similar data) is stored in encrypted form so that future runs and job-URL fetches can proceed without repeated sign-in. Sessions expire automatically after a limited period and can be deleted by the Customer in the app at any time. Separately, the Customer may explicitly choose to save their username and password for a specific website ("Remember this login"); such credentials are stored in encrypted form, are used solely to sign in to that website during the Customer's runs, and can be deleted by the Customer at any time. When the Customer signs in personally via Live Browser View, the Customer's password is entered directly on the third-party website.

4.5. No Guarantee of Submission or Outcome

Automated form completion depends on the structure and behavior of third-party websites, which change without notice. The Service Provider does not guarantee that any given application will be completed or accepted, nor any response from an employer, interview, or employment outcome. Runs may pause and request the Customer's input (login, CAPTCHA, missing answers) and may fail or be stopped where completion is not possible.

4.6. Credits, Disputes, and Records

Credits for Auto Apply are charged only for applications that the system records as submitted. If the "tailor CV per job" option is selected, the CV tailoring cost is charged separately when the tailored CV is generated, even if the subsequent application is not completed. For each application, the system keeps a record of the run (including screenshots of the application pages and the values entered) so the Customer can verify what was submitted. If the Customer believes an application marked as submitted was not actually submitted, they may open a dispute in the app; confirmed disputes are refunded in credits.

4.7. Customer's Review Obligation

The Customer remains the applicant of record for every application submitted via Auto Apply and is solely responsible for its content, including AI-generated answers and cover letters. The Customer should review application results in the app, keep their CV data, settings, and default answers accurate and up to date, and must not use Auto Apply to submit applications containing false information, to apply to positions they are not genuinely interested in, or for spam or any unlawful purpose.

5. CV TAILORING - AI CONTENT AND ACCURACY

5.1.

CV tailoring uses artificial intelligence to rewrite, reorganize, emphasize, and - depending on the Customer's adaptation preferences - extend or add content to the Customer's CV (including the experience adaptation modes, which can adjust the duration of existing experience entries or generate additional entries to match job requirements). Generated or modified content is clearly produced as a draft for the Customer's review.

5.2.

The Customer is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of any CV, cover letter, or application they use or submit. The Customer must review all AI-generated and AI-modified content before using it and must edit or remove anything that does not accurately reflect their real qualifications and history. Submitting false or misleading information to employers may have legal and professional consequences, which are borne entirely by the Customer. The Service is provided as a drafting and optimization aid only.

5.3.

When a job posting is provided as a URL, the posting page is retrieved by an automated browser, which may use the Customer's Saved Logins and Sessions and may ask the Customer to sign in or solve a CAPTCHA via the Live Browser View (Section 4.3–4.4 apply accordingly). Tailoring from a URL consumes more credits than tailoring from a pasted description, as displayed in the app.

6. PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

6.1.

The cost of service packages is displayed on the website and in the Telegram bot at the time of purchase, including any promotional discounts if available. The credit cost of individual actions is displayed in the app before the action is started.

6.2.

Payment is made cashlessly through integrated payment processors (credit cards, digital wallets, or other available payment methods).

6.3.

The payment obligation is considered fulfilled on the day the payment is successfully processed and credited to the Service Provider's account.

6.4.

A payment confirmation is provided to the Customer via email.

6.5.

Each payment confirms that all previously provided services were of proper quality and fully received by the Customer.

6.6. Payment Models

Web App (CV Tailoring and Auto Apply): One-time purchase of credits. Credits are added to the user's account immediately upon successful payment and have no expiration date. Users can purchase additional credits at any time.

Telegram Bot: One-time payment for a one-month subscription. Each payment grants access to the bot for exactly one month with daily renewable credits throughout that period. There are NO automatic recurring charges or renewals. When the one-month period expires, access to the bot ends, and users must manually purchase a new subscription if they wish to continue using the service. No authorization for recurring payments is required or collected.

7. ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE

7.1.

The Customer enters into this Agreement by making a successful payment for services or by creating an account and using the platform. No written signature is required - payment or active use serves as full and unconditional acceptance of all terms.

7.2.

By accepting this Agreement, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.

8. SERVICE PROVISION PROCEDURE

8.1.

Services are provided remotely via the Internet and Telegram messenger. Access to paid features is automatically activated immediately after successful payment.

8.2.

All materials, templates, and AI-generated content within the platform are proprietary and may reflect automated processing based on industry best practices and data analysis. AI features are provided using third-party AI model providers, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.3.

The Service Provider reserves the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, which may temporarily limit access to services. Users will be notified when possible.

8.4.

To protect service quality and third-party websites, the Service Provider may apply reasonable technical limits (such as the maximum number of job URLs per batch and concurrent runs) and may adjust them over time. Current limits are shown in the app.

9. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

9.1. The Customer has the right to:

10.2.

Copying, recording, publishing, selling, or sharing account access is strictly prohibited. Violations result in permanent access termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

10.3.

User-generated content (uploaded CVs, personal information) remains the property of the user. By using the service, users grant the Service Provider a limited license to process, store, and use this content solely for providing the contracted services.

11. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

11.1. Merchant of Record

All payments for FitMeToJob services are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, currency conversion, sales tax collection, and refund processing on behalf of FitMeToJob. All refunds are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy, available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

11.2. Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date for any reason. To request a refund, contact Paddle support via the link in your purchase confirmation email or visit paddle.net. If eligible, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

11.3. Cancellation

Telegram Bot Subscription: Since the Telegram bot operates on a one-time payment model with no automatic renewals, no cancellation is necessary. Access to the bot remains active for the full one-month period from the date of purchase. After the month expires, the subscription simply ends without any further charges.

Web App Credits: Credits have no expiration date and remain available in the user's account until used. No cancellation is required for credits.

11.4. Auto Apply Credit Disputes

Credits charged for an Auto Apply application that the Customer believes was not actually submitted can be disputed directly in the app (see Section 4.6). Confirmed disputes are refunded in credits to the Customer's account. Credit disputes are separate from, and do not limit, the monetary refund rights described in 11.1–11.2.

12. LIABILITY, DISCLAIMERS AND INDEMNIFICATION

12.1.

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • The Customer's failure to use provided materials or features
  • Any mismatch between Customer expectations and actual service results
  • Job search outcomes, interview success, or employment results
  • Decisions, responses, or lack of responses from employers to submitted applications
  • Third-party platform availability, changes to third-party websites, or actions taken by third-party websites (including CAPTCHAs, blocks, or restrictions of the Customer's accounts on those websites)
  • The content of AI-generated materials that the Customer chose to use or submit without review
  • Force majeure events (Internet disruptions, payment system failures, government restrictions, natural disasters, war, etc.)

12.2.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and requires the Customer's review.

12.3.

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of information provided in their CV and applications, and for compliance with laws and third-party platform policies when applying for jobs - whether applications are submitted manually or via Auto Apply.

12.4.

Total liability of the Service Provider shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12.5. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by any third party - including employers, job platforms, and other websites - arising out of or related to:

  • False, misleading, or unlawful information in the Customer's CVs, cover letters, or applications
  • The Customer's use of the Services on behalf of another person without proper authorization

This obligation survives termination of this Agreement. It does not limit any mandatory rights the Customer has under applicable consumer protection law.

13. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

13.1.

The Service Provider collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and describes in detail what data is collected (including CV data, application records, and saved logins and sessions), how it is used, and with whom it is shared.

Continued use of services after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

16.1.
